In an effort to protect you and our team, we are requiring specific protocol be practiced until further notice:

• Prior to an in person showing, you will need to fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
• Call us at 587-400-8725 when you arrive and we will open the inside door for access
• Please refrain from touching any surfaces during your viewing. If you wish to see something opened, ask your showing agent to do so.
• Maximum attendees per viewing are limited to 2 people and we do request that no children attend showings due to not being able to control "touching" of surfaces.
• Please also ensure that you follow social distancing measures while viewing.

While our team will be everything we possibly can to ensure your safety while viewing in person, please understand viewing in person is done at your risk. We are happy to provide alternative showing options including live video tours. If you or anyone in your family is immunocompromised, please advise us right away.
